Get ready to Toast Martinborough in 2025!
Toast Martinborough, the iconic celebration of Martinborough, makes its much-anticipated return on Sunday 19th January 2025. Mark your calendars for a sumptuous summer day of exceptional wines, delicious food, and unforgettable memories.
Make a long weekend of it: Alongside the festival on Sunday 19 January, events and experiences run from Friday 17 to Wellington Anniversary Day on Monday 20. Make sure you’re subscribed to the Toast newsletter to hear about the full programme first.
Welcome to Festival Road: Get ready to explore a walkable Toast Martinborough festival in 2025. A picturesque, vineyard-lined stretch between The Runholder and Ata Rangi will be closed to traffic with only a five to ten minute walk between each festival location. Transport options will also be available within the Festival Road.
Eight iconic wineries: Toast Martinborough welcomes Poppies Martinborough for the very first time in 2025! Poppies joins Ata Rangi, Tirohana Estate, Luna Estate and Moy Hall, while Palliser Estate joins Te Kairanga and Martinborough Vineyard at The Runholder. Locally brewed beers will also feature at most sites.
Dine and dance into the evening: Foodies can look forward to culinary creations from some of the region’s best chefs and kitchens. With the festival starting at 11am and finishing at 7pm, you’ll be able to enjoy a leisurely lunch and continue on to make the most of the summer evening. Live music from The Relatives, The Satisfactions, Shaun Preston and many other acts will keep you entertained all day.
Check out each festival sites on the Toast website here.
