Both women, however, are oddly fixated on marrying men named "Earnest," leading to a cascade of lies, misunderstandings, and hilariously over-the-top declarations of love. Add in a formidable Lady Bracknell, a misplaced handbag, and a surprise twist about Jack's origins, and you’ve got a sharp, witty satire of Victorian society that proves sincerity is overrated—especially when everyone’s busy being "earnest".
