Iconic Filipino rock band, Eraserheads, is thrilled to announce the extension of their Huling El Bimbo World Tour through to 2025, a long-awaited event set to bring the unforgettable sound of the Philippines' most beloved band to stages in Australia and New Zealand. Following the success of their 2022 reunion concert, the tour will be the Eraserheads’ final international tour, marking a monumental moment for fans and the music industry alike.
The “Huling El Bimbo Tour” kicked off with the band’s massive reunion concert in December 2022, followed by a North American tour in 2023. In 2024, the band performed across North America again and made a surprise appearance at the University Athletic Association of the Philippines (UAAP) season and will resume in Singapore, before heading to Dubai and Qatar to end the year. Set for March 2025, the band will perform in Melbourne, Perth, and Sydney in Australia, while Auckland will host the only New Zealand concert.
This highly anticipated tour will feature the band’s greatest hits, promising a nostalgic experience filled with classics like Ligaya, Pare Ko, Ang Huling El Bimbo, Magasin, and many more. As this is Eraserheads’ first time in New Zealand, fans can look forward to a special stage, exclusive merch, and a celebration of Filipino music and culture.
